Directors
Mr. Kreczmer, M.Sc., P.Eng., has been a geologist and mining executive for more than 30 years. He has worked for major and emerging mining industry players focused on base and precious metals, and has extensive experience in corporate governance and administration as a current and former director of several publicly listed companies. In 1993, Mr. Kreczmer founded Tan Range Exploration Corporation (now Tanzanian Royalty Exploration Corporation). He currently serves as President and CEO of NWT Uranium Corp., a uranium exploration company active in Canada and Niger. Mr. Kreczmer holds a B.Sc. Honors (Mineral Deposits) from the University of Ottawa and a Masters of Science specializing in mineral deposits from the University of Toronto. He is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers of Saskatchewan and the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC).

Mr. Wilson is an experienced corporate executive with extensive experience in project development, finance and contract negotiations within the mining and energy industries. Currently, he is a director of San Remo Resources (private). He co-founded Azure Resources (now Pencari Mining) in 2003 and acted as the company's Vice President between 2003 and 2005. Prior to these involvements, Mr. Wilson served as Vice President of Samoth Equity Corporation (now Sterling Center Corp.), a $150 million merchant banker involved in lending throughout the southwestern United States and Canada.

Mr. Britt has been active in mineral exploration and production for over 35 years, and has been directly involved in several mineral discoveries in Canada, Tanzania and Peru. He was formerly VP Exploration of Pangea Goldfields, which was taken over by Barrick Gold during his tenure, in 2000. Mr. Britt has also worked with major companies including Iron Ore Company of Canada, Noranda and Aur Resources. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Geology from the University of Western Ontario.

Mr. Lynch is a successful businessman with extensive expertise in corporate management and administration as well as experience in corporate governance. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of NWT Uranium Corp., a successful uranium explorer with extensive land holdings in Canada and Niger. He has been a member of both private and publicly traded organizations, and has worked with several public companies in the resource sector in recent years. Currently president of a private company in Toronto, he is a former defensive back with the Canadian Football League's Ottawa Rough Riders.

Mr. Gathercole is a seasoned businessman with wide-ranging experience in investment in public companies and in the energy sector. He is the former owner and head of a privately held oil and gas company, and has held leadership roles in a number of privately held companies over the last 25 years. Mr. Gathercole is currently president of a private company based in Calgary, Alberta.

Mr. Lindsay has extensive experience and expertise in the mining and bio-technology sectors. From 2001 he has been the Chairman, President and CEO of MIV Therapeutics Inc., a publicly listed biomedical company awarded the prestigious Frost and Sullivan 2005 Award for Technology Innovation in the Field of Medical Coatings, and appointed to Fortune 500 Top 100 Nanotech Companies. Mr. Lindsay is the founder and Chairman of the Board of Uranium Energy Corp., a publicly listed US Mining Company. Mr. Lindsay was also a founder of AZCO Mining and served as Chairman, President and CEO of AZCO from 1992 to 2000. The company was listed on the Toronto and American Stock Exchanges. During his tenure at AZCO, the company sold the Sanchez copper deposit to Phelps Dodge for $55 million CDN and established a joint venture with Phelps Dodge on the Piedras Verdes copper deposit with 2.1 billion pounds of copper reserves. Mr. Lindsay also co-founded Anatolia Minerals Development and New Oroperu Resources, two publicly traded companies with significant gold discoveries.
