Marek Kreczmer Chief Executive Officer, Chairman and Director | | | Mr. Kreczmer, M.Sc., is a geologist and mining executive with more than 30 years experience. He has worked for major and emerging mining industry players focused on base and precious metals and has gained extensive experience in corporate governance and administration through acting as a director and officer of several publicly listed companies. In 1993, Mr. Kreczmer founded Tan Range Exploration Corporation (currently Tanzanian Royalty Exploration Corporation), a company focused on the exploration and development of mineral properties in East Africa. Mr. Kreczmer holds a B.Sc. Honors (Mineral Deposits) from the University of Ottawa and a Masters of Science specializing in mineral deposits from the University of Toronto. He is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers of Saskatchewan and the Prospectors and Development Association of Canada (PDAC). |

Paul Taggar Chief Financial Officer | | | Mr. Taggar, a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, joins us from Fronteer Gold Inc. where he spent the last 5 years as Corporate Controller until the acquisition of Fronteer Gold by Newmont Mining Corp. (NYSE: NEM, TSX:NMC) for Cdn$2.3 billion in April 2011. Prior to Fronteer, Mr. Taggar worked as a manager for KPMG, LLP in their Vancouver and Silicon Valley offices in the audit assurance department. Mr. Taggar is a Chartered Accountant and has a BBA from Simon Fraser University. |

Patrick Donnelly Vice President of Corporate Development | | | Mr. Donnelly worked for over three years working as a mining research analyst for Salman Partners Inc. covering base metal and uranium equities. He also has over eight years experience as a project geologist for a number of mineral exploration and senior mining companies. Mr. Donnelly graduated with a B.Sc. in Geology (Honors) from the University of British Columbia and has a MBA from the University of Toronto. |

Robert Dey Project Director | | | Mr. Dey has nearly 30 years of experience as an engineer in the development of mining projects in southern Africa. Mr. Dey's most recent experience was with Impala Platinum Holdings Limited ("Implats") where he spent over 10 years, most recently as the Group Executive -- Projects, responsible for the overall co-ordination of the Group's capital expenditure as well as project delivery of three new deep level vertical shafts that are currently in the development phase. He was also Project Director for the establishment of a new mine, Marula Platinum Mine, where his responsibilities covered the feasibility and implementation phases. The project was completed on time and on budget.Mr. Dey, who is a South African citizen, holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Natal. Mr. Dey is based in Johannesburg, South Africa. |

Fouché ("Sas") du Plessis Burgers Chief Geologist | | | Mr. Burgers, Hons. B.Sc., is a professional mining and exploration geologist and a certified rock mechanics engineer. He has more than 30 years' experience in exploration, underground and open pit mining operations in South Africa, Mozambique, Ghana and the Democratic Republic of the Congo ("DRC"). He held multiple high level management positions including Chief Mining and Exploration Geologist, Consulting Geologist, Technical Services Manager, Ore Resource Manager and Business Unit Leader (Mine Manager). Mr. Burgers is member of the Geological Society of South Africa. He is also registered as a Natural Scientist (Pri, Sci, Nat) with the South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions.
From March 2009 until recently, Mr. Burgers worked for Metorex Ltd. (JSE: MTX), as the Ore Resource Manager at Ruashi, a stratiform copper mine in the DRC where he was instrumental in their dramatic resource increase. He was also the Competent Person at the mine and responsible for signing off the mine's Resource Model and Competent Persons Report (CPR) to Metorex. His managerial involvement includes defining, modeling and expanding the ore body according to the SAMREC code of compliancy. He also managed the Exploration geology, Mining geology, Survey, Geo-hydrology, Mine planning and Geo-technical departments assisted by various consultants. His department was also responsible for the life of mine modeling, the increase in the ore reserve and the 2-year operational plan. Mr. Burgers' most recent position with Metorex was as the Regional Geologist DRC to expand the base metal interest of Metorex within the DRC. |

Martin Slabbert Ghanzi Project Manager | | | Mr. Slabbert is a South African citizen and geologist with over 30 years experience managing mineral exploration projects in Africa. His experience includes almost 10 years managing the geology and evaluation departments at Lonmin Plc's Karee platinum mine which is located within the Bushveld Complex of South Africa. In addition to Lonmin, Mr. Slabbert also worked for Impala Platinum Ltd. and is experienced in all phases of mineral exploration and development from the grass roots level all the way to the delineation of mineral resource estimates. Mr. Slabbert is a member of the Geological Society of South Africa and is registered as a Natural Scientist (Pr. Sci. Nat.) with the South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions. |

Mr. Kgosiemang Keith Molosiwa - in Botswana | | | A successful businessman who has founded, directed and managed a number of major Botswana companies in the mining, manufacturing and agricultural sectors, Mr. Molosiwa has extensive knowledge of government permitting and regulatory issues in the region. He is an Executive Council Member and chairperson of the manufacturing sector for Botswana Confederation of Commerce, Industry and Manpower (BOCCIM) and he was a board member of Botswana National Licensing before it was decentralized in April 2008. |
