Management
Mr. Wilson is an experienced corporate executive with extensive experience in project development, finance and contract negotiations within the mining and energy industries. Currently, he is a director of San Remo Resources (private). He co-founded Azure Resources (now Pencari Mining) in 2003 and acted as the company's Vice President between 2003 and 2005. Prior to these involvements, Mr. Wilson served as Vice President of Samoth Equity Corporation (now Sterling Center Corp.), a $150 million merchant banker involved in lending throughout the southwestern United States and Canada.

Mr. Arengi, M.Sc., P.Geo., is an accomplished geologist with more than 30 years of exploration experience in North and South America. Prior to joining Hana Mining, Mr. Arengi was Regional Exploration Manager for Aur Resources Inc., a mid-tier copper producer with operating mines in Canada and Chile. His background also includes work on a wide range of projects, from early-stage exploration to economic evaluation of producing mines.

Mr. Thomas has 30 years of financial management experience with a focus on the natural resource sector. His background includes work with Denison Mines Ltd. (Now Denison Mines Corp.) and two decades with international energy producer Kerr McGee, which has since been acquired by Anadarko Petroleum Corporation in a multi-billion dollar deal. He held a variety of increasingly responsible management positions in Kerr McGee's operations in Calgary, Oklahoma City, London and Beijing. Mr. Thomas' key areas of expertise include financial and Sarbanes Oxley reporting, budgetary management, cost controls, taxation, business development and international relations. He graduated from the University of Toronto with an Honors Bachelor of Commerce and Finance degree and received his chartered accountant's designation in 1977.

A successful businessman who has founded, directed and managed a number of major Botswana companies in the mining, manufacturing and agricultural sectors, Mr. Molosiwa has extensive knowledge of government permitting and regulatory issues in the region. He is an Executive Council Member and chairperson of the manufacturing sector for Botswana Confederation of Commerce, Industry and Manpower (BOCCIM) and he was a board member of Botswana National Licensing before it was decentralized in April 2008.
