Management
Mr. Kreczmer, M.Sc., has been a geologist and mining executive for more than 30 years. He has worked for major and emerging mining industry players focused on base and precious metals, and has extensive experience in corporate governance and administration as a current and former director of several publicly listed companies. In 1993, Mr. Kreczmer founded Tan Range Exploration Corporation (now Tanzanian Royalty Exploration Corporation). The company is focused on exploration and development of mineral properties in East Africa. Mr. Kreczmer serves as Director and Chairman of the Technical Committee. The company is listed on TSX and AMEX. He currently serves as President & CEO of Uranium International with projects in Sweden. Mr. Kreczmer holds a B.Sc. Honors (Mineral Deposits) from the University of Ottawa and a Masters of Science specializing in mineral deposits from the University of Toronto. He is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers of Saskatchewan and the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC).

Mr. Sullivan is a seasoned mining professional with over 30 years of experience in mine development and operations in Canada and internationally. Most recently Mr. Sullivan was VP of Russian Operations for Kinross Gold Corporation and was responsible for leading the development and operations team in completion of the highly successful Kupol project in Far East Russia. Mr. Sullivan has also been involved in mining projects for Bema Gold Corp., Republic Goldfields Inc., Hudson Bay Mining and Smelting and Noranda Inc.

Mr. Arengi, M.Sc., P.Geo., is an accomplished geologist with more than 30 years of exploration experience in North and South America. Prior to joining Hana Mining, Mr. Arengi was Regional Exploration Manager for Aur Resources Inc., a mid-tier copper producer with operating mines in Canada and Chile. His background also includes work on a wide range of projects, from early-stage exploration to economic evaluation of producing mines.

Mr. Stahlbush has over 30 years of experience in the mining industry working worldwide in North America, Central America, Russian Federation and South America.. He has held multiple high level engineering management positions at operating mines and in the corporate setting for Hecla Mining Company, Stillwater Mining Company, Bema Gold and Kinross Gold Corporation. Fred was the Feasibility Manager and then Engineering Manager during construction of the very successful Kupol Project in the Russian Far East. Mr. Stahlbush has experience in coordinating the work of multiple processionals and consultants.

Mr. Janse van Rensburg, has over 25 years experience in exploration and geophysical applications within the mining industry and he has extensive experience in planning, coordinating and implementing large exploration projects in Africa. He has been Project Manager of the Ghanzi Copper-Silver Project since January 2008. His background includes work on a wide range of projects, including most recently Exploration Manager of Pangea Exploration (PTY) Ltd. in DRC, Exploration Manager for Anooraq (Hunter Dickinson), as well as Manager Platinum Projects on the north-, east- and western Bushveld Igneous Complex, South Africa. He graduated from the University of Johannesburg (R.A.U.), South Africa with a B.Sc. Honorary Geology degree in 1987.

Mr. Kavanagh is an experienced CFO, having worked for several natural resource firms, most notably as the former CFO for Minco Mining Group, a TSX listed company with extensive mineral exploration properties in various stages of development in China. Mr. Kavanagh has seventeen years experience serving as the Senior Financial Officer with public companies reporting in both Canada and the United States. He is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of B.C., and has nine years public accounting experience with both Coopers & Lybrand (now Pricewaterhouse Coopers) and Ellis Foster (now Ernst & Young).

A successful businessman who has founded, directed and managed a number of major Botswana companies in the mining, manufacturing and agricultural sectors, Mr. Molosiwa has extensive knowledge of government permitting and regulatory issues in the region. He is an Executive Council Member and chairperson of the manufacturing sector for Botswana Confederation of Commerce, Industry and Manpower (BOCCIM) and he was a board member of Botswana National Licensing before it was decentralized in April 2008.
